2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian) to make a purchase. We currently sell and ship within the United States only.
3. Products & Authenticity Guarantee
All products sold on this Site are guaranteed 100% authentic, sourced directly from trusted and verified suppliers. Product packaging may occasionally vary from images shown as brands update their designs.
4. Pricing & Availability
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We work hard to keep information accurate, but errors can occur; if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. Displayed “MSRP” values reflect the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for comparison.
5. Orders & Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm shipment. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, PayPal, Venmo, and financing through Klarna and Affirm (subject to their own terms and approval). Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never store your full card number.
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) is $8.00; Priority Shipping (1–2 business days) is $12.50; orders of $75 or more ship free with Standard Shipping. Delivery estimates begin when your order ships. Carrier delays outside our control may occur. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
7. Order Communications
By placing an order and providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional order updates by email and WhatsApp. These are service messages, not marketing; message frequency varies and standard data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Intellectual Property

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping at disruptive volumes, placing fraudulent orders, or infringing the rights of others.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scott Beauty Shop disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
