Free 30-Day Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you change your mind, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — and we pay the return shipping.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances and beauty products that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Gift cards and clearance/final-sale items (marked as such on the product page) are not returnable.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@scottbeautyshop.com or call (305) 378-5256 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number.
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off with the carrier on the label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refundable when the return is due to our error or the entire order is returned.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund including all shipping — at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
